Job description

This is a remote position.

About the Role

This is a founder’s office role. You’ll work directly with Aj (founder) on GTM execution, internal ops, and whatever else needs to get done to move the company forward.

There’s no clean job description here. Some weeks it’s building outreach systems. Some weeks it’s competitive research. Some weeks it’s figuring out why a process is broken and fixing it. The thread connecting all of it: speed, judgment, and an AI-first approach to everything.
We’re hiring for someone who’s hungry, sharp, and already deep into AI - not someone who wants to get into AI.

What You’ll Work On
• GTM support - outreach campaigns, lead research, pipeline ops, follow-up systems
• Internal ops - building and automating processes that let a small team punch above its weight
• Research & analysis - market research, competitor mapping, client/prospect context
• Content & communication- drafts, decks, summaries - whatever the founder needs turned around fast
• Ad hoc projects - if it matters to the company right now, it’s on the table

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
Non-negotiables:
• You’ve built something with AI. Not a tutorial. Not a prompt collection. An actual tool or product - even if just for yourself - using Claude, Codex, Cursor, or similar. We’ll ask you about it.
• You move fast. Not “I work hard” fast - demonstrably fast. You bias toward doing over planning.
• You learn quickly and openly. You don’t need to know everything coming in. You do need to figure things out without being hand-held.
• You write clearly. Not beautifully - just clearly and quickly.
• You have good judgment about what matters and what doesn’t.

Highly preferred:
• Some exposure to B2B GTM, sales ops, or startup environments
• Comfortable with tools like Clay, Notion, Make/Zapier, HubSpot, or equivalents - or fast enough to pick them up
• You follow the US startup ecosystem - you know who YC is, what pre-seed means, why founder-led sales works
• You’re the person in your friend group who’s already automated something everyone else still does manually

What This Is Not
• A structured program with defined learning goals. There’s no curriculum.
• A comfortable 9-to-5. The work is real and the pace is real.
• A stepping stone you phone in. If you’re not genuinely excited about AI and startups, this will be obvious fast.

What You Get
• Direct access to a founder running two companies across AI product and services
• You’ll see the full picture - GTM, ops, client work, strategy - not a slice of it
• Fast career surface area. If you’re good, you’ll own things quickly.
• Competitive comp for the role level

Apply by telling us two things: what you’ve built with AI, and the last thing you figured out completely on your own.

Apply once. Then go straight to the hiring manager.
