SCOPE:

This position will ensure smooth department operations by supporting the coordination of events and contract deliverables for national service partners with the volunteer department.

This is a part-time temporary position (20 hours/week) and is anticipated to run from June 1 through October 31, 2026.

Must be available for on-site event support in Nashville, TN from July 6-11.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support with ensuring national service partner events have the appropriate resources and staff, along with other activities as needed
  • Work in collaboration with other team members and activities as needed
  • Attend appropriate March of Dimes meetings

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • High school diploma
  • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate school program
  • Knowledge of general office work processes and logistics; skilled in Microsoft office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently, and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a virtual environment.
