ob Summary

We’re looking for a highly driven Full-Cycle Recruiter who thrives on sourcing, matching, and placing top-tier talent at speed. This role is designed for recruiters who enjoy the craft of talent acquisition and want to focus purely on delivery without the distraction of client management.

You will own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to placement, working closely with internal Account Managers who handle client relationships and ensure you have clear, well-defined briefs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools
  • Screen and qualify candidates against clearly defined role requirements
  • Manage multiple active roles simultaneously while maintaining strong pipeline organisation
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to clarify role requirements and keep processes moving efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines within the ATS (Workable or similar)
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality placements in a fast-paced environment
  • This is a high-volume sourcing and matching role. You will not be responsible for managing client relationships, as our Account Managers handle all client communication and briefing.
  • Your focus is simple: move quickly, identify the right talent, and deliver strong matches consistently. If you are looking for a traditional 360 recruitment role with client ownership, this position will not be the right fit.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a high-volume or agency environment
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
  • Experience using Workable or a comparable ATS
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously without compromising quality
  • Comfortable working from structured briefs without direct client interaction
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong communication and candidate management skills
