Job description

Job Title: AIVA Prime Systems Engineer
Company: Officium Group
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Reporting to: CTO / Delivery Lead

About the Role

Officium Group is looking for a highly skilled AIVA Prime Systems Engineer to design, build, and maintain AIVA Primeβ€”the core system responsible for provisioning and deploying all client AIVA instances.

This role is highly technical and focused on building scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure that powers the entire AIVA ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build the AIVA Prime provisioning engine
  • Automate VM creation, deployment, and configuration
  • Implement secure credential management systems
  • Build and maintain Zero Trust data pipelines
  • Manage AWS infrastructure (Lambda, SES, Aurora PostgreSQL)
  • Develop data sanitization pipelines using Python (bleach, BeautifulSoup, regex)
  • Integrate AI systems such as Anthropic Claude and GPT models
  • Build and maintain API integrations (Google Drive, Gmail, Notion, Xero, CRM tools)
  • Ensure data isolation and system security across all client environments
  • Support real-time AI workflows and automation systems

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong experience in VM orchestration, provisioning, and virtualization
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, SES, Aurora)
  • Advanced Python development skills
  • Experience working with AI/LLM integrations
  • Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture and security practices
  • Proven experience building API integrations
  • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with tools like Supabase, Pinecone, LangGraph, n8n (preferred)
  • This is a highly technical role. Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.

Salary & Benefits

  • β‚±100,000 – β‚±120,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • 2% royalty on AIVA sales (performance-based incentive)
  • Fully remote work setup (Aligned with Officium Groups Staffing model)

Other Qualifications:

  • With own working laptop. and
  • Has a wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and a backup connection.
