What do we do?
Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better.
We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 6000 software sellers in 245 territories globally.

We'd love to hear from you:
A professional with 3+ years’ experience in an administrative or assistant role, ideally supporting senior stakeholders

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep things running smoothly
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with ease

Proactive and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership — you anticipate needs, take initiative, and act without being asked
A strong problem solver with sound judgement, able to quickly understand context and make sensible decisions
Discreet and trustworthy, with a high level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute professionalism
Hardworking with a strong work ethic, taking pride in being reliable, responsive, and delivering to a consistently high standard
Solutions-focused, with a bias to action and getting things done
Confident using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar) to improve efficiency and output
Degree educated, or equivalent experience, with a focus on capability and judgement over formal qualifications
