Business Development Manager (f/m/d)

 

What tasks await you? 

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market and customer analysis
  • Develop and implement tactical and long-term business development strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships and customer relationships
  • Lead and coordinate strategic business development projects across departments
  • Create business cases and investment proposals for senior management
  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities
  • Develop KPIs and regularly report on progress toward business development goals
  • Support international expansion and market entry strategies
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Collaborate with R&D to identify and develop innovative solutions
  • Contribute to budget planning and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations

 

What do we expect from you?

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical/economic field
  • Several years of experience in business development, ideally in a technology-driven environment
  • Experience with IR&D projects and strategic business planning
  • Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Confident and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Additional related certification is a plus
  • Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and intercultural competence
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
