As a Senior Associate focused on Oracle EPM FCCS, you will support clients in maintaining and enhancing their consolidation and close environments, helping drive stability, accuracy, and efficiency across finance operations.
In this role, you will work with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day Oracle FCCS operations, resolve incidents, execute periodic maintenance activities, and deliver incremental enhancements.
You will apply your knowledge of consolidation, close, intercompany, and reporting processes to help clients improve system performance, strengthen controls, and realize greater value from their Oracle EPM investments.
The Opportunity As part of the Managed Services team, you will support production Oracle FCCS environments through ongoing administration, incident management, release support, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will be expected to work across functional and technical areas, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a high-quality service delivery model.
Responsibilities Support ongoing operations and administration of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) environments Provide functional and technical support for consolidation, close, intercompany eliminations, ownership management, and foreign currency translation processes Monitor daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual close-related activities to help maintain continuity of finance operations Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production support issues, service requests, and data/process exceptions within agreed service levels Perform recurring system administration activities, including metadata maintenance, hierarchy updates, security changes, substitution variables, and workflow support Support data integration and data load processes between FCCS and source systems, including validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution Deliver minor enhancements and system improvements, including updates to business rules, forms, dashboards, reports, and close process artifacts Assist with application patching, release validation, regression testing, and migration activities across environments Prepare and maintain support documentation, runbooks, operating procedures, issue logs, and knowledge articles Participate in root cause analysis and recommend sustainable fixes to improve application stability and user experience Collaborate with finance, IT, and client business teams to prioritize requests, communicate status, and manage expectations Support governance, controls, and audit readiness by maintaining quality documentation and adhering to established service management processes Coach junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, client-focused team environment Preferred Knowledge/Skills Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: Understanding of Oracle FCCS functionality and finance consolidation processes Experience with financial close, consolidation, intercompany eliminations, ownership changes, and multi-currency translation Knowledge of Oracle EPM components such as metadata, data forms, business rules, task lists, security, Smart View, and reporting Experience in application managed services, production support, or post-go-live stabilization environments Ability to troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support defect resolution Familiarity with integration processes, data management concepts, and interface troubleshooting Understanding of finance and accounting concepts including legal entity structures, chart of accounts, journals, and external reporting ExperiencMandatory Skills -
