Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle General Ledger (GL) Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in financial reporting and accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly in General Ledger, and a solid understanding of end-to-end financial cycles, including period close, consolidations, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Implement and support Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL) module. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and configurations. Configure key GL components such as: Chart of Accounts (COA) Ledgers and Legal Entities Accounting Calendars Journal Sources and Categories Manage and support: Journal entries (manual and automated) Allocations and recurring journals Period close processes Configure and support Financial Reporting including: Financial Statement Generator (FSG) / OTBI / BI Publisher Smart View / Financial Reporting Studio Support intercompany accounting and multi-ledger setups. Assist in data migration, reconciliation, and audit support. Conduct SIT/UAT testing and support go-live and hypercare activities. Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement
