The Business Unit Systems Analyst, Product Delivery & Operational Readiness serves as a key connector between business strategy and technology in a fast‑paced, enterprise environment. This role drives innovation, delivery excellence, and operational readiness by translating complex business needs into clear, execution‑ready requirements while ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of critical digital platforms.

With a strong focus on agility, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, the role supports the configuration, analytics, and maintenance of web‑based systems and data platforms, while providing Tier 2 production support to quickly resolve issues and ensure system stability.

Success in this role relies on close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Operations, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver compliant, user‑centric solutions that reduce risk, enhance customer experience, and enable sustainable growth.

  • Define, document, and validate configuration logic, mappings, feature flags, and setup for scalable solutions.

  • Support modernization and maintenance of systems, including migrations from legacy platforms.

  • Provide Tier 2 production support, resolving incidents tied to requirements or configuration gaps and supporting release readiness.
