Job description

We’re looking for experienced Remote Closers to join our sales team. You’ll receive pre-booked qualified appointments from our outreach team — your only job is to build rapport, present the value, and close.

You won’t be cold calling or prospecting — all meetings are set for you. This is a 100% commission-based contractor role designed for confident closers who thrive on performance-based income.

The compensation for this role is $500 total commission per full-time VA hire. This is a commission-only role — there is no base salary. We’re looking for closers who are available to take sales calls when they’re booked on their calendar (typically during U.S. business hours).

QuickTeam helps U.S. businesses hire HIPAA-compliant Remote Medical Staff and high-quality Virtual Assistants from our managed South African office. We handle recruitment, training, and client success — you just close the deal.

Responsibilities
