Join NIQ’s Retail Collaboration Team and be at the forefront of transforming the partnership between CPGs and retailers. Our team leverages NielsenIQ’s proprietary datasets and cutting-edge solutions to drive business growth. As an Associate Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients harness the full potential of our innovative technology and platform.
Remote role based in the US. Candidates must be physically located within the US.
In this role, you will engage with clients to immerse them in our platforms, ensuring a seamless experience. You will provide exceptional support and client service, addressing their needs and fostering long-term relationships. You will be the voice of the customer, ensuring our product roadmap is aligned with our clients’ needs and to support all initiatives to grow our client engagements. You will be a champion of Retail Collaboration to our clients and within NIQ.

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $69,800-$85,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
