  • Deliver training via multiple modalities (virtual and in-person instructor-led training, job aids, workshops, and virtual learning pathways).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Enterprise Sales Operations, Business Insights, Business Technology, Corporate Learning and Development) and report to the Sr. Director of Global Sales Training.

Job Responsibilities

The Global Sales Training Team is looking for an Enterprise BD Trainer responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining comprehensive sales effectiveness training.  This will include delivering training on customer engagement, and building and updating offerings using a suite of AI-enabled sales enablement tools like Synthesia, Iorad and others for internal BD/Go-To-Market users across the Syneos Enterprise.  This role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Global Sales Training, and will liaise closely with the Enterprise Sales Operations, Business Insights, Business Technology and Corporate Learning and Development Teams, among others.

Training design and delivery includes all learning methods, such as virtual and in-person instructor-led training, job aids, workshops, and the creation of virtual learning pathways.

Qualifications – Required

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training content

  • Ability to develop training using modern authoring and AI-enabled tools (e.g. Synthesia, Iorad, Articulate, etc.)

  • Ability to participate in cross-functional teams to help implement training priorities, interview SMEs, and work with existing external technology partners to create structured learning objectives, create original content, and build assessments

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, combining rigorous attention to detail with disciplined time management. Adept at prioritizing tasks, maintaining clear communication on status and risks, and applying standardized quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in every deliverable.

  • The ability to articulate their approach to the training they create, as well as explain the specific advantages of using different types of media as part of the training

  • (Near) Native-level Business English oral and written communication skills so that the training they produce and deliver is accessible and understandable to a wide variety of audiences
