Join as an equal partner to build the agentic intelligence layer for UK and EU asset managers. You will lead the technical architecture, shipping high-frequency data pipelines and LLM-orchestrated tools that provide actionable insights to mid-market distribution teams. This role offers high ownership, significant equity, and direct access to a validated client base.

What you will do:

• Architect and ship the core agentic data ingestion and synthesis pipeline across 10-20 UK financial data sources with high auditability.

• Design a multi-tenant dashboard and daily briefing product for design partners, focusing on data quality and security for FCA-regulated environments.

• Lead the transition to Layer 3 expansion by integrating customer CRM systems like Salesforce and Snowflake once external intelligence is proven.

The ideal candidate:

• Full-stack expert proficient in Python or TypeScript with production experience handling messy, large-scale data pipelines and web scraping.

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems, LLM orchestration (Claude/OpenAI), and building enterprise-grade multi-tenant software with SSO/SAML.

• Startup-ready builder who thrives in pre-seed ambiguity, values shipping weekly, and is comfortable engaging directly in customer discovery calls.
