The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Director to provide immediate coverage during a leadership transition. This individual will work closely with the CEO and executive team to maintain financial planning & analysis continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Own and maintain the FP&A function
Partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership on financial insights and decision support
Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
Build and/or refine reporting dashboards and KPIs
Develop or enhance 13-week cash flow modeling (as needed)
Collaborate closely with the Controller, including month-end review support
Identify opportunities for process improvements and SOP development
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven FP&A leadership experience
Prior experience in a PE-backed environment strongly preferred
Hands-on, self-starter who can operate independently
Comfortable in turnaround or restructuring environments
Strong NetSuite experience (preferred)
Ability to quickly assess, stabilize, and improve financial processes
