Role Description
Contract Development & Administration Support
Assist with the administration of largescale, multi-entity public sector contracts.
Support contract development activities, including documentation review, tracking requirements, and maintaining organized records.
Track contract obligations that require approvals, documentation, or ongoing oversight.
Assist with onboarding activities related to participating entities and partners.
Documentation, Tracking & Governance
Maintain accurate records of contract documentation, approvals, and compliance materials.
Support the development and upkeep of trackers, logs, and internal reference materials.
Help ensure contract requirements are followed consistently across stakeholders.
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing documentation and flag for review.
Third-Party & Partner Support
Assist with administrative support for third-party providers or subcontractors.
Help collect, organize, and track required documentation (e.g., agreements, certifications, insurance).
Support internal teams by ensuring third-party information is complete and up to date.
Process & Operational Support
Support the creation and documentation of repeatable administrative processes.
Follow established procedures and escalation paths.
Assist with preparing summaries, reports, and internal documentation to support contract oversight.

Other Requirements
Completed Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years of experience in a sales position (inside/outside) or partner/vendor support or accounting specialist, purchasing, hardware or software role with experience working with customers or vendors
1-3 years of Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite - Word and Track Changes, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $85,000. The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary, are $60,000 - $85,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
