About the Role

We need a Palantir Foundry Engineer to build data pipelines for healthcare projects (patient data, clinical research, compliance). You will work remotely with US-based teams.

What You’ll Do

• Build & manage data pipelines in Palantir Foundry (Python, PySpark, SQL)

• Create ontologies for clinical data (patients, diagnoses, medications)

• Clean & integrate EHR, claims, lab data

• Map medical codes (ICD-10, LOINC, SNOMED CT, RxNorm)

• Ensure HIPAA compliance (access control, audit logs)

• Work US shift with US stakeholders

What You NeedMust-Have

• 3+ years Palantir Foundry hands-on experience

• 5+ years data engineering (Python, PySpark, SQL)

Medical Knowledge (Preferred)

• Familiar with ICD-10, LOINC, SNOMED, FHIR, OMOP

• Aware of HIPAA / PHI rules
