We are looking for a highly driven Operations Manager to take full ownership of systems, processes, and team performance across the business. This is a builder role focused on transforming and optimizing operations rather than maintaining the status quo. You will lead critical initiatives such as improving inventory accuracy, designing scalable fulfillment strategies, onboarding and managing 3PL partnerships, and enhancing both domestic and international shipping processes. The role requires a hands-on, analytical leader who can identify inefficiencies, implement structured solutions, and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce operational costs, and build a scalable foundation that supports business growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Audit end-to-end order and inventory flows to identify gaps and implement reliable, scalable processes
• Evaluate, onboard, and manage 3PL partners to support efficient and cost-effective fulfillment
• Define and implement fulfillment routing strategies across in-house and third-party logistics
• Overhaul domestic and international shipping processes to improve speed, cost efficiency, and reliability
• Lead the operations team through structured goal-setting (OKRs) and drive execution through weekly planning
• Build and implement data integrations and workflow automations to reduce manual effort
• Negotiate carrier contracts and manage relationships with logistics and supply chain partners
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify improvement opportunities and drive cost optimization
• Ensure smooth coordination across teams to maintain operational efficiency and service quality

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or multi-location environments
• Strong expertise in inventory management, ERP systems, and order flow optimization
• Proven experience in evaluating and managing 3PL partnerships
• Ability to design and execute fulfillment strategies across multiple distribution channels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience working in OKR-driven environments with the ability to translate strategy into execution
• Hands-on experience building systems, automations, and process improvements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and drive change effectively
• Familiarity with international shipping, compliance, and logistics tools is a plus
