We are hiring an L2 -Support  with strong experience in server patching, firmware updates, and workstation/laptop patching. Candidate will be responsible for system maintenance, updates, and ensuring infrastructure stability.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Server patching and system updates
• Firmware updates for network equipment
• Patching for Windows & iOS workstations/laptops
• Ensure timely patch deployment and system security
• Basic troubleshooting and escalation support
• Maintain patching records and documentation

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Server Patching
• Hands-on experience in Firmware Updates for Network Equipment
• Experience in Windows & iOS Workstation/Laptop Patching
• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure Support & Maintenance
• Knowledge of System Security & Patch Management
