We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React.js to join a fast-growing engineering team building next-generation enterprise AI products. This role focuses on architecting and developing modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications that deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about frontend technologies, performance optimization, and building seamless interfaces while collaborating closely with product, design, and backend engineering teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Lead the development of scalable frontend components and features using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following frontend engineering best practices and coding standards.
• Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces across web applications.

UI/UX Collaboration

• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to translate business requirements and design concepts into functional user experiences.
• Contribute to improving overall user experience, visual consistency, and frontend architecture.

Performance Optimization

• Optimize frontend applications for speed, responsiveness, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Improve rendering performance and application efficiency across desktop and mobile devices.
• Implement best practices for frontend performance monitoring and optimization.

Cross-Functional Engineering

• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs, services, and data sources.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end product functionality.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

Code Quality & Mentorship

• Conduct code reviews to ensure maintainability, scalability, and code consistency.
• Mentor and support junior frontend engineers through technical guidance and best practices.
• Promote strong engineering culture and continuous improvement across the team.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Evaluate and adopt modern tools and practices that improve developer productivity and product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts and API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development principles.
• Experience optimizing frontend performance and understanding browser rendering behavior.
• Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on enterprise SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and component libraries.
• Exposure to scalable design systems and modern UI architectures.
• Experience working in agile and fast-paced product environments.
