Job Overview:
As the Director of Performance Marketing, you will be a key driver of revenue growth and will optimize our inbound marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities include leading and managing a global team focused on paid media, influencer marketing, and content marketing, as well as overseeing lead generation and conversion optimization. Your expertise in digital marketing, strong team leadership, and data-driven decision-making will be critical to scaling our business.
If you consider yourself a "creative" person, this role may not be the best fit. We are seeking someone who is a spreadsheet expert and who has an in-depth understanding of the complex Google Ads platform. If you're unfamiliar with value-based bidding, we kindly ask that you do not apply.
At the same time, you cannot operate as a lone wolf or try to do everything on your own. You must be capable of delegating, mentoring, and holding your team members accountable to high standards. You should be willing to "dig deep" into the details when necessary. If your approach to delegation is to "set it and forget it," this role is not for you. Requirements
What You Will Do:
I. Revenue Growth & Marketing Strategy
- Create and implement multi-channel marketing plans that generate high-quality leads. (We are not interested in a large volume of low-value leads.)
- Enhance and expand landing pages to increase lead conversion rates.
- Recognize top-performing marketing campaigns and scale them efficiently.
- Manage paid media channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and influencer collaborations.
- Utilize satisfied customers to promote growth through referrals.
- Boost our online presence with excellent backlinks, compelling content, and strategies to improve search rankings.
- Supervise the implementation of structured snippets.
III. Team Leadership & Execution
- Lead and oversee an international marketing team.
- Hold regular one-on-one and team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Offer mentorship, training, and coaching to maintain high team performance.
- Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to improve user experience and tracking systems.
IV. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Monitor and analyze essential marketing metrics to maximize return on investment.
- Perform funnel analysis to identify areas needing improvement.
- Continuously test and refine offers, pricing, and promotional strategies.
V. Relationship Management
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to improve workflows and ensure compliance.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to sustain an increasing trend in customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and direct response marketing.
- Deep knowledge of marketing psychology and crafting high-converting copy.
- Capability to analyze data, forecast revenue, and optimize advertising spend.
- Proven track record in managing and scaling remote, international teams.
- Expertise in CRM, automation, and advertising platforms.
- Strong skills in leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making.
