Role Summary

The Health Benefits Business Development Officer drives growth by building new employer relationships focused on HSA and health benefit solutions. This role uses a consultative sales approach to connect with prospects, partners, and clients to deliver meaningful solutions. You’ll play a key role in expanding market share and strengthening client relationships.

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive new business growth by developing employer relationships for HSA and health benefit solutions

  • Build and manage partnerships with brokers, centers of influence, and internal banking teams

  • Expand existing client relationships through cross-selling the full suite of health and banking services

  • Lead and coordinate RFP responses to win new business opportunities

  • Represent the bank at community and industry events to build brand presence and generate leads

  • Maintain subject matter expertise in HSA, TPA, and COBRA offerings

  • Ensure all client relationships align with risk, compliance, and company policies

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience

  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management

  • Ability to obtain required internal certifications within 6 months

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of experience in insurance, HSA, or TPA industries

$72,800.00 - $124,800.00 per year
