Client Services Junior Executive (Education Sector)
Our client, an award-winning and rapidly growing education services organisation, is seeking a driven and client-focused Client Services Junior Executive to join their team.
The Role
This is a dynamic, client-facing position combining account management, service delivery, and consultative sales. You’ll take ownership of client accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery, outstanding client experience, and accurate financial management.
Acting as the main point of contact, you’ll coordinate between families, schools, and consultants while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and improve internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client and consultant relationships
• Deliver a high level of client satisfaction through proactive engagement
Service Delivery
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services
• Manage client communications and expectations
• Maintain accurate records, updates, and documentation
• Continuously improve operational efficiency
Sales & Growth
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Support new business opportunities and manage ongoing relationships
• Develop consultative sales skills through training and feedback
Financial Ownership
• Manage invoicing, deposits, and account balances
• Liaise with finance teams on queries
• Oversee consultant payments
Strategic & Operational Support
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Support wider business initiatives and projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally and help develop junior team members
