Sales Assistant (Education Sector)
Our client, a fast-growing and award-winning education services provider, is looking for a proactive and personable Sales Assistant to join their team.
The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling enquiries via phone, email, and web. This is a key position where you’ll represent the business, guide customers through services, and ensure all interactions are logged and followed up effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound client enquiries across multiple channels
• Develop strong knowledge of services to support client conversations
• Accurately record and manage client data in CRM systems
• Support existing clients with additional needs
• Build and nurture strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Contribute to projects improving customer experience and conversions
