HR Compliance Administrator (Entry-Level / Junior)


Overview

A growing international organisation is seeking a detail-oriented HR Compliance Administrator to support onboarding and compliance processes. This role is ideal for a recent HR graduate or junior HR professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a structured, process-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding of new employees and ensure all documentation is complete
  • Chase and collect compliance documentation (e.g. references, right-to-work, ID checks)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Track compliance requirements and flag any missing information
  • Assist with background checks and verification processes
  • Monitor and update internal systems with candidate/employee data
  • Liaise with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Support audits by ensuring all records are accurate and accessible

Requirements

Essential

  • HR Degree / Diploma (completed or near completion)
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable chasing candidates and following up consistently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Desirable

  • Exposure to HR, recruitment, or admin roles (internship, part-time, or junior role)
  • Understanding of basic HR processes (onboarding, compliance, employee records)
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with HR systems or ATS platforms
