Organise and maintain archived files and documentation
Attend weekly Monday meetings with the Director and stakeholders
Take detailed meeting minutes and produce clear summary reports
Distribute meeting summaries to all relevant attendees
Manage inbox, including email triage, responses, and follow-ups
Coordinate calendar scheduling and appointments
Assist with listings and general administrative coordination
Ensure high attention to detail across all documentation and communications
Requirements
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
High attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Experience in executive or administrative support
Ability to summarise information clearly and concisely
