The Engagement Partner is responsible for leading and coordinating initiatives that enhance colleague engagement, experience, and retention across the organization. This role focuses on programs that support our culture, core values, and overall wellness strategy. Working closely with the Director of Human Resources and leadership, the Engagement Partner supports the execution of organizational strategies and action plans through clear, consistent communication and effective project management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, key stakeholders, and colleagues to identify, implement and execute engagement strategies and action plans aligned with organizational priorities.
- Coordinate and support the execution of colleague engagement and wellness initiatives, ensuring consistency and impact across the organization.
- Analyze data from colleague engagement surveys and related insights; translate findings into actionable recommendations and measurable improvements.
- Develop and deliver clear, engaging colleague communications related to engagement initiatives, wellness programs, benefit updates, and organizational announcements.
- Facilitate the engagement committee, wellness committee, and focus groups to drive initiatives and improve outcomes.
- Build strong internal and external relationships; support vendor vetting, recommendations, and ongoing vendor management.
- Research and compile internal and external best practices; share insights and recommendations to address engagement and areas of opportunity.
- Conduct three-month, six-month, and additional check-ins with new hires; report trends, best practices, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, implement, and support wellness strategies and programs.
- Support Predictive Index (PI) programming, including acquiring and maintaining certification, partnering with Learning & Development on training and best‑practice guidance with leaders.
- Support wellbeing, recognition, and professional development initiatives, including collaboration with external consultants.
- Provide cross-functional backup support across HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Manage projects from planning through execution, including timelines, coordination, and outcomes.
- Assist with special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and expanded responsibilities as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Predictive Index Certification preferred
- Minimum of three years of business, HR, or administrative experience with demonstrated project coordination responsibilities
- Mid-level working knowledge of colleague benefits, labor laws (including multi-state), and distributed workforces (remote and in-person)
- Experience supporting engagement, wellness, or learning initiatives preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS, preferably UKG
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without formal authority
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and visual presentation
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze and handle sensitive data with confidentiality
- Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Experience with colleague relations and foundational legal knowledge
The salary range of compensation for this position is $60,000-$75,000 based on experience and education.
Remote Position (Preferably driving distance to St. Albans, VT)
