Title: CPT-10956 Social Media & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant

Independent Contractor – CPT-10956 Social Media & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant/Marketing VA/Senior-Advanced Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to support the execution of the company's marketing initiatives. This role is focused on consistent content creation, organization, and execution, while working closely with the Communications Committee, which will provide strategy, approvals, and brand direction.

The primary goal is to increase engagement, drive event attendance, and grow membership through structured, event-driven marketing efforts.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Content Creation & Design

  • Design 2–3 static posts and carousel graphics per week
  • Ensure all creatives align with Forum 225’s brand guidelines
  • Utilize provided templates and maintain visual consistency

Copywriting & Hashtags

  • Write engaging captions aligned with brand voice
  • Research and apply relevant hashtags per post

Content Planning

  • Maintain a weekly content calendar
  • Organize and prepare content in advance of scheduled posts

File & Asset Management

  • Deliver final content packages (graphics, captions, hashtags)
  • Organize files within shared systems (Google Drive)

Reporting

  • Provide basic weekly engagement reports (likes, comments, shares, reach)

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the Communications Committee for approvals
  • Work with the assigned point of contact via email
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions within 24–48 hours turnaround

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.


Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Strong graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
  • Excellent written English skills (Level A – Excellent)
  • Strong communication skills (Level A – Neutral spoken English)
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and structured workflows
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with content calendars and reporting

Deliverables

  • 2–3 posts per week across:
    • Facebook
    • Instagram
    • LinkedIn
  • Weekly content calendar
  • Caption writing per platform
  • Hashtag strategy per post
  • Final content files for scheduling

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 15 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
  • Daily Working Time: between 9 AM and 4 PM CST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
