Sr Instructional Designer

Overview:

This is a remote position. 

Responsibilities: Works closely with SME's and Piedmont leaders to conduct needs assessments and develop training solutions that address the knowledge/skill gaps within the organization. Designs and develops training curriculum in a variety of modern learning formats (e-learning, micro-learning, video, face-to-face materials & activities, job aids, evaluations) for use in a variety of settings (classroom, LMS, Intranet). Qualifications: Education

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Master’s degree Preferred

Work Experience

• 5 years of experience in instructional design work Required
