Roles & Responsibilities

  • H.S. Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3 years of experience in healthcare information system training or related field
  • No licenses or certifications required

Requirements:

  • Prepare and deliver training programs and provide ongoing end-user support for the respective application(s).
  • Execute usability plans and provide on-site or after-hours training and support as needed.
  • Create and adapt instructional materials for different audiences; deliver training via classroom instruction, web-based learning, remote instruction, one-on-one coaching, and written materials; provide feedback to improve curriculum and address learning obstacles.
  • Prepare and support users for upgrades and significant system changes; assist with operational initiatives requiring application support; contribute to continuous improvement of training-related products and services.
