As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be tasked with leading the architectural design and technical strategy for high-performance systems that process massive volumes of telemetry data while reducing costs and improving insights for enterprise customers. You will drive technical excellence and lead complex engineering initiatives at scale for the Observo.ai team, our cutting-edge AI-driven data pipeline optimization platform.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

Lead the architectural design and technical roadmap for scalable, high-performance data processing pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale telemetry data (logs, metrics, traces).

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

5+ years of software engineering experience focused on distributed systems, data engineering, or ML infrastructure with expert-level proficiency in Go, Rust, or Java.

Base Salary Range

$132,000—$182,000 USD
