Job Title: Medical Director

Reports To: Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

Location: This is a remote position open to candidates in the United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Ivím Health does not currently sponsor employment visas.

Compensation: Compensation for this position starts at $240,000 annually and will be commensurate with experience, scope of responsibility, and overall clinical leadership impact. This role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus structure.

Compensation is determined based on factors such as location, relevant experience, and qualifications. This position is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Position Overview:

Ivím Health is seeking an experienced and collaborative Medical Director to provide clinical leadership, provider oversight, and strategic medical guidance across our rapidly growing telehealth platform.

This role plays a critical leadership function in ensuring high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered medical care across all Ivím programs. The Medical Director partners closely with the Chief Medical Officer and cross-functional leaders to oversee clinical operations, support provider performance, enhance clinical protocols, and contribute to the development and evolution of Ivím’s clinical offerings.

This role combines clinical leadership with direct patient care responsibilities. The Medical Director will also supporting broader clinical oversight, provider development, and program innovation.

The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, leadership experience working with advanced practice providers and other physicians, and comfort operating in a fast-growing telehealth environment focused on individualized care and long-term patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership & Oversight

  • Provide clinical leadership and medical oversight for physicians, nurse practitioners,nursing staff, and health coaches delivering care acrossIvímprograms.
  • Ensure clinical services meet all applicable regulatory, legal, and ethical standards across the states in whichIvímoperates.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases, escalations, and provider support.
  • Promote a strong culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, accountability, and patient-centered care.
  • Support alignment between clinical leadership, operations, and provider teams to ensure consistent care delivery standards.

Clinical Protocols & Program Development

  • Develop, review, and continuously improve clinical protocols, guidelines, and workflows in alignment with current medical evidence and best practices.
  • Support the development and integration of new clinical programs, therapies, and care models.
  • Evaluate emerging research, therapies, and innovations to informIvím’sevolving clinical offerings.
  • Ensure clinical consistency and quality across programs while supporting individualized treatment approaches.

Provider Support, Training & Quality

  • Support provider onboarding, training, and ongoing clinical education to ensure consistent standards of care across the provider network.
  • Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and provider performance evaluation processes.
  • Partner with clinical leadership toidentifytrends, opportunities for improvement, and strategies to strengthen provider performance and engagement.
  • Provideeducation,guidance and mentorship to advanced practice providersand physician teamdelivering care acrossIvímprograms.

Patient Experience & Outcomes

  • Partner with Patient Experience and Clinical Operations teams tooptimizepatient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Support improvement initiatives tied to patient experience metrics.
  • Ensure clinical decision-making supports long-term patient health outcomes and continuity of care.

Data, Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Review clinical data and operational metrics to inform evidence-based decision-making.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of clinical outcomes, quality indicators, and care delivery performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across clinical workflows, protocols, and patient care models.

Direct Patient Care

  • Providepatientconsultationsasneeded aspart ofIvím’sclinical care model.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while modeling best practices for providers across the organization.
  • Ensuretimelydocumentation and completion of clinical servicesin accordance withinternal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain active clinical engagement to stayclosely connectedto patient needs and care delivery operations.

Qualifications:

Experience

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (multi-state licensure strongly preferred or willingness to obtain)
  • Board certifiedin a relevant specialty
  • Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience withdemonstratedleadership or supervisory experience
  • Prior experience working with or overseeing advanced practice providers (NPs/PAs)
  • Strong understanding of telehealth delivery models, regulatory compliance, and multi-state practice considerations
  • Excellent clinical judgment, leadership presence, and communication skills
  • Experience in weight management, metabolic health, women’s health, hormone therapy,longevityor chronic disease management preferred
