We are seeking an Environment Management Lead to support a large-scale Facets migration project within the healthcare payer environment. This role will be responsible for designing and managing the overall environment strategy, ensuring that all environments are properly configured, maintained, and aligned to support development, testing, and production needs throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and manage the environment strategy, approach, and roadmap for the Facets migration program
Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of all environments (development, QA, SIT, UAT, and production)
Coordinate environment availability to support project timelines, testing cycles, and release schedules
Manage environment refreshes, data masking, and data provisioning activities
Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure environment stability and performance
Identify and resolve environment-related issues, including conflicts, dependencies, and access concerns
Establish governance, processes, and best practices for environment usage and management
Support release management and deployment activities across environments
Maintain documentation related to environment configurations, processes, and standards
Ensure environments meet security, compliance, and operational requirements
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Experience in environment management, release management, or infrastructure support within large-scale IT projects
Proven experience designing and managing environment strategies across multiple environments
Strong understanding of SDLC and testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, etc.)
Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams in complex project environments
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders
Experience supporting healthcare systems or payer environments
Exposure to Facets or similar healthcare platforms
Experience working on system migration or transformation projects
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
