We are seeking an experienced Facets Migration SME to support large-scale data migration and transformation initiatives within the healthcare payer space. This role is responsible for executing data conversion strategies, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation, to ensure accurate, compliant, and auditable migration of CMS program data into the Facets platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute data migration and conversion strategies for Facets implementations and transformation projects
Perform data mapping, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Analyze source and target data structures, including detailed Facets data tables
Develop and execute SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting
Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring alignment with CMS program requirements
Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to support successful data migration efforts
Support testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Document data migration processes, rules, and outcomes to support audit and compliance requirements
Provide subject matter expertise on Facets data structures and data movement
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with the Facets platform
At least 3 years of experience supporting Facets transformation projects with a focus on data migration
Proficiency in at least five Facets modules, including:
Practitioner
Membership
Experience working with Facets version 25.1 or newer
Strong knowledge of Facets data tables, structures, and data movement processes
Advanced technical skills, including SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
Experience performing data mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
