Job Description:

VP, Sales – Real Estate Solutions

The VP, Sales, Real Estate Solutions is a key member of the Leadership Team and will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, as well as strategic initiatives that will achieve the Real Estate Solutions revenue targets. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing sales organization through a critical transformation: moving beyond traditional MLS relationship management into aggressive new business acquisition and the expansion of our AI-powered Matrix ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a multi-channel sales strategy, including MLS, direct-to-agent, and strategic alliance partners and to achieve revenue growth and retention goals for assigned products and solutions within the sales portfolio by developing and managing client relationships with key decision makers, approvers and influencers.
  • Engage in solution-based selling by developing a deep understanding of clients’ business requirements and evangelizing how the Cotality suite of products align with their needs.
  • Key contributor in the annual playbook process to determine the short, medium and long-term vision for the organization.
  • Act as the informal delegate for the Head of Real Estate Solutions. This role must have the executive presence to lead the business unit, manage internal operations, and oversee P&L considerations when the GM is away or focused on enterprise-level strategy.
  • Operationalize the The Cotality Way and GTM Framework within the sales team, shifting from feature-based pitching to consultative, solution-oriented selling.
  • Serve as a primary evangelist for Cotality at major industry events (NAR, T360, Clareity, Camp Cotality, etc.) and in the boardroom of MLS clients
  • Maintain a "pulse on the market" to anticipate competitive threats and adjust our tactical execution accordingly.
  • Lead the team’s evolution into an AI-native organization. Drive adoption of AI tools to shorten the sales cycle and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Foster a culture of high performance where results are measured not just by volume, but by client retention and Net Promoter Score.
  • Partner with Sales Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure 100% CRM accuracy, providing real-time visibility into pipeline velocity and sales cycle metrics.

Job Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of senior sales leadership, preferably within the Real Estate/MLS sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage matrixed organizational structures and act as a proxy for executive leadership.
  • Deep understanding of the MLS ecosystem, brokerage operations, and the evolving needs of the individual real estate agent.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for market research, pipeline management, and productivity enhancement.

Please note the range listed is for the annual base salary portion of the compensation. There is also uncapped commission. This is an OTE compensated package.

Annual Pay Range:

156,000 - 195,000 USD
