Partner with business stakeholders across Insurance clients to gather and refine requirements
Translate business needs into Salesforce solution designs, user stories, and functional specifications
Lead workshops for process discovery, gap analysis, and future-state design (Current vs Future models)
Drive end-to-end requirement lifecycle
Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure fit-for-purpose Salesforce implementations
Act as a domain SME for P&C Insurance processes including Quote, Underwriting, Policy, FNOL, claims lifecycle, broker/agent workflows
Support Agile delivery (SCRUM ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning)
Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and industry data models (FSC, Insurance Data Model) and Insurance Business Processes on latest Salesforce Core Insurance offerings
Drive business value articulation and KPI definition (e.g., loss ratio improvement, claims cycle time reduction)
Required Qualifications
8–12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in Insurance (P&C preferred)
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce FSC Cloud and Digital Insurance solutions
Strong understanding of
Quote to Policy Lifecycle
Claims lifecycle
Distribution models
Experience in Agile/SCRUM delivery models
Proven ability to interact with C-level stakeholders and business leaders
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Business Analyst, Admin, FSC Accredited Professional)
Exposure to Data Cloud, Agentforce, Omnichannel/Contact Center, or Digital Experience implementations
Experience integrating Salesforce with core insurance systems (Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.) and Agency Management Systems
