Job description

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

OX Tools is looking for a hands‑on Financial Analyst to support the ANZ Finance & Operations function. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations — turning day‑to‑day activity into clear cost insight, variance explanations, and practical reporting that helps the business move faster.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support forecasting, margin/pricing analysis, and management reporting packs.
Build and maintain weekly/monthly KPI & cost reporting (freight, warehousing, pick/pack, service).
Reconcile logistics invoices vs rates/contracts, volumes and forecasts.
Support forecasting, margin/pricing analysis, and management reporting packs Identify cost leakage, trends and risks early — and present clear recommendations.
Improve reporting tools/models (Excel/Power BI) and data quality.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

Minimum 2-3 years of analyst experience in commercial finance, operations, or supply chain cost environments.
Strong Excel (Power Query/Power BI) and confidence working with large datasets.
Detail‑driven, commercially minded, comfortable chasing answers across teams.
ERP experience ideal (NetSuite advantageous).
Experience with inventory management systems (Netstock).
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

Candidates must be located in the Philippines.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday).

CompensationPHP 80,000 - 110,000 per month
