Job description

Mercier Consultancy is excited to present a remote work opportunity for a Croatian-Speaking Service Agent to support Booking.com customers from anywhere in Greece! We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who are fluent in Croatian and committed to delivering outstanding service in a work-from-home setting.

As a Croatian-Speaking Service Agent, you will serve as a key point of contact for Booking.com users, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. This role offers the flexibility to work comfortably from your own home within Greece while being part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and support requests in Croatian via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with booking-related questions and problem resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues promptly
  • Provide product information and guidance to enhance the customer experience
  • Collect customer feedback to help improve services
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about Booking.com policies and updates

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croation and English, both written and verbal, is essential. Please indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
