Your Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking Disney Plus users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with technical issues, billing, account management, and general inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on Disney Plus products and policies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian - both written and verbal - is essential. Please ensure to indicate your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot common streaming issues.
  • Previous experience in customer support or entertainment services is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
