Job Opening: Recruiter
Location: Remote (US Hours - 9am to 5pm EST)
Type: Full-Time
Overview: The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing qualified ABA professionals based on
client’s staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract behavior technicians, BCBAs,
and administrative staff.
● Source candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking.
● Screen, evaluate, and set up interviews for potential hires.
● Coordinate and conduct reference checks
● Work with the staffing coordinator to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process
and final case assignment.
● Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the agency’s staffing needs.
● Track hiring metrics, analyze trends, and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
Success Metrics:
Hires: Number of interviews set up per month
Candidate Quality: Percentage of candidates successfully placed on cases
Time to Interview: Time from application to interview
Daily Tasks: Phone screen candidates, perform reference check calls, Staying in contact with
candidates to ensure they are setting up interviews
Weekly Tasks: Promote jobs for needed neighborhoods, update internal map
Monthly Tasks: Reaching out to Passed Screening - No Available Cases candidates to
determine case placement
