Job description

Job Title: Compliance Admin Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote (South Africa)

Working Hours: US Hours (9am–5pm EST)

Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Support the Legal and Compliance team with documentation, record keeping, and audit preparation.
Help monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely submissions of required reports and documents.
Coordinate communication between compliance, legal teams, and other departments.
Assist with internal compliance training and help prepare materials for staff education.
Maintain organized compliance files and databases.
Conduct preliminary research on regulatory requirements as needed.
Support in preparing reports and documentation for management and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

Previous experience in administration, compliance support, or related roles preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
