Job description

At ReWorks Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and help us connect talented healthcare professionals with rewarding career opportunities. You will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates who will contribute to improving healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various healthcare positions.
  • Identify and engage potential candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within applicant tracking systems.
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of healthcare talent for current and future roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ recruiting experience, ideally in the healthcare industry.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work remotely and flexibly within the US Eastern Time Zone.
