  • Manage recruiting workflows and candidate documentation within Workday.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays an integral part in the Talent Acquisition process. In this role you will be able to showcase your organization skills and ability to quickly shift priorities to help the Talent Acquisition Specialists bring talented individuals into the organization. You will interact with both internal customers and candidates on an ongoing basis to provide support and direction during the recruiting and offer stages of the TA process. To top it all off, this is a remote based position, giving you the flexibility to work from a home office.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring Managers, and HR to support the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual and in-person) with candidates, Hiring Managers, and interview panels.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements including MVR’s, Clearinghouse, DOT physicals, drug screens and background reports.
  • Manage recruiting workflows and candidate documentation within Workday.
  • Other job responsibilities include travel arrangements, MyHR tickets and collaboration on projects with Talent Acquisition Specialists.

Minimum Hiring Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Proficient with software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Workday applicant tracking systems.
  • SAP/HR experience preferred along with experience with SharePoint Site administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
  • Adaptability and flexibility with sound time management and organization skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-volume work environment with changing priorities.
  • DOT industry knowledge preferred.
