Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and implementation of B2B communication strategies and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and promote key messages.
Ensure alignment with and a high level of respect for brand tone, style, and brandbook guidelines.
Supervise the entire process of content publication—from writing and editing to proofreading and publishing.
Develop and create engaging and informative written content for various B2B platforms, including websites, social media, blog, case studies, social selling, and other marketing channels.
Craft clear and compelling communication materials, such as sales collaterals, newsletters, and email campaigns.
Manage and curate content for B2B social media platforms to maintain a consistent brand voice and engage with the target audience.
Coordinate with freelance visual designers and copywriters ensuring timely content delivery.
Work closely with the revenue team to coordinate and execute client marketing initiatives to nurture and retain our client base.
Actively gather formal reviews (Clutch) from current customers to enhance our online presence and reputation.
Create engaging and targeted content for various client communication channels.
Collaborate with the revenue team to create marketing materials that support client retention and expansion efforts.
Support C-Level in the other marketing/revenue efforts like planning client Petite Events, sales pitching, and nurturing client relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ yrs) in marketing and content creation within the B2B sector.
Strong writing and editing skills. Attention to detail.
The ability to adapt content for different B2B audiences and platforms.
Excellent organizational, proactivity and project management abilities.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
English proficiency at a native level.
Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) systems (Ideally Hubspot)
Knowledge of client segmentation strategies.
Graphic design skills or experience working with design tools.
Experience planning and executing client events, and other engagement activities.
Knowledge of B2B SEO/GEO best practices and experience in optimizing content.
Experience boosting content through LinkedIn, and planning LinkedIn Campaigns.
