Field Systems: The Trimble Field Systems segment provides solutions to increase precision and productivity in construction tasks by empowering stakeholders to collect accurate information and manage conditions with cutting-edge technology.
This is a specialized technical position where you will serve as the primary "go-to" expert for our Roadworks and PCS solutions. You will join a high-impact global team, traveling across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to empower our partners and directly influence the development of next-generation construction technology.
Provide comprehensive technical training and continuous support to Trimble’s distribution network on specialized paving and milling solutions.
Lead the end-to-end instruction for system installation, commissioning, and operation for distribution teams.
Spearhead the roll-out of new product features and system capabilities to the global market.
Act as a critical link between the field and product development by translating technical feedback into insights for Product Managers.
Support high-profile marketing and sales events, including international exhibitions and open days.
Proven hands-on experience in civil construction, specifically focused on paving, milling, or compaction.
Technical proficiency with CAD software and 3D modeling applications.
Working knowledge of optical total stations and field software.
Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
A proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to handle sensitive technical situations effectively.
Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on technical knowledge and customer needs.
Proficiency in additional languages.
Experience with 3D machine control system installation or troubleshooting.
Location: Europe, Middle East, or Africa (Remote/Hybrid)
Travel Requirement: 50% - 75%
