Job Description:
The Events Manager will manage Apiture’s participation in industry events and conferences across the U.S. and serve as the sole owner of Apiture’s Annual User Conference, held annually in the fall. This role works cross‑functionally to ensure Apiture is effectively represented at every event and that attending employees are fully prepared. From venue selection and contracts to entertainment, logistics, and onsite execution, the Event Manager II is responsible for end‑to‑end planning and delivery in a fast‑moving environment.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute Apiture’s Annual User Conference, including:
Partnering with the conference venue to negotiate and execute contracts, managing layout, flow, food and beverage, and guest room blocks.
Collaborating with Product and Content Marketing teams to build and manage the conference agenda.
Planning and executing after‑hours dinners and events for Apiture team members and customers.
Managing and ordering all conference giveaways.
Working closely with conference sponsors, including contract negotiation and coordination.
Manage all sales and industry events throughout the year, partnering with Sales and support teams to ensure brand alignment with current initiatives.
Maintain and enhance Apiture’s booth presence, coordinating with design teams and third‑party vendors to ensure consistent, on‑brand representation.
Own the annual events calendar and budget, ensuring timelines, costs, and deliverables are met.
Manage company giveaways and the Apiture company store, including inventory and fulfillment.
Serve as the primary point person for event planning, coordination, and execution across all Apiture events.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of experience planning and managing events for a medium to large organization.
Demonstrated experience organizing user conferences, flagship events, or large group events.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across teams.
Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
