Job description

About us

At Jigsaw, we’re on a mission to transform the way professional services and financial institutions work. We do this by helping our clients organise, visualise and use their data (think Figma or Canva but for the ‘City’). Our clients include the world’s biggest consultancies, leading financial institutions and top law firms.

Jigsaw was founded by two seasoned entrepreneurs, Stephen and Travis. This is their second venture together; their first was acquired by a US private equity firm and went on to become a billion-dollar company and a household name in professional service firms across the world. Jigsaw is now on a growth trajectory few Series A companies achieve - putting us in the top quartile SaaS companies globally. Today we proudly serve thousands of users from nearly two  hundred businesses worldwide, who love our products and use them everyday.

But we’re only getting started! We have ambitious goals and we’re looking for talented people to help us achieve them.

Why join us?

We're not about the corporate grind; instead, we thrive on creativity, enthusiasm, and a touch of humour to make magic happen.

We hire people with high ownership and a bias for action. Then we trust and empower them to do their best work.

About the role
We’re seeking a driven and commercially minded Account Executive to join our growing US team. Trusted by 80% of AmLaw 100 firms, Jigsaw helps legal professionals create diagrams 60x faster than legacy tools such as PowerPoint or Visio. We've made serious inroads in the market, and now we need someone exceptional to grow our customer base.

You'll be based in our New York office, working across the mid-market US legal sector, playing a significant part in the continued growth of Jigsaw. This role comes with real responsibility, real earning potential, and a team that is fully invested in helping you succeed.

You'll get to...

  • Own your own book of business, taking prospective customers through the full sales cycle from prospecting to close

  • Sell a product that partners genuinely love, into a market that is still largely running on legacy tools

  • Build real relationships with senior stakeholders at law firms across the US, understand their world and work closely with partners who are acting on some of the largest transactions and legal cases in the world.

  • Become an excellent natural salesperson - we are skill-based, not methodology-dependent, and the way we sell here will help you grow your capabilities

  • Travel regularly across the US to meet clients in person, with trips to our wider global team in Europe a couple of times a year

  • Be part of an ambitious team where progression is fast for people who deliver, with leadership accessible when you need support

You'll thrive in this role if...

  • You have 1-2 years experience closing deals. A SaaS background is advantageous but not required; we are just as interested in someone from an adjacent industry where you’ve supported customers through a buying process

  • You are motivated by building your own pipeline and managing your own book of business

  • You are coachable and genuinely open to learning a new way of doing things - we have a specific, proven sales process and will teach you everything you need to know in order to execute it

  • You can manage high volume without losing the detail - you’ll be working with a substantial number of accounts simultaneously, each needing consistent, thoughtful follow-up

  • You are independent enough to operate without hand-holding, but self-aware enough to ask for help when you need it

  • You are willing to travel regularly within the US. In-person visits to clients are an important part of this role

  • Familiarity with the US legal sector, including how law firms are structured and make decisions or experience selling into a similarly specialised professional services environment would be a strong plus, but not a dealbreaker

Apply once. Then go straight to the hiring manager.
