DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

Vendor Enablement & TPM Operations is a global team within Global Procurement that delivers the process for identifying, assessing, mitigating and tracking risk associated with Deutsche Bank’s portfolio of Vendors.

The TPM Operations Team in Bucharest is a team with global operational reach, providing first level support to the Bank’s TPM process. As the primary interface, the TPM Team supports Service Risk Assessment and Vendor Risk Assessment work in line with the Bank’s Policies to ensure that relevant outsourcing Risks are appropriately addressed. 

The team is accountable for successfully supporting and engaging internal stakeholders and vendors to collate appropriate evidence required for vendor risk management process.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the coordinated teams are following the key process and risk indicators, controls, service level agreements and vendor management are adhered to and evidenced.
  • Aligns and coordinates Case Specialist activities within processes related to service and vendor assessments.
  • Ensure that established operational SLAs are met throughout the TPM lifecycle
  • Participate in other projects carried out by the employer such as process consolidations, migrations, ERP enhancements, etc.
  • Ensure assigned workload/ activities/ project tasks are perform timely, efficiently and effectively.
  • As needed, support the training program for Business Divisions and internal customers.
  • Performs the remediation of open issues from reviews, advising internal organization (service relationship owners) on control design and effectiveness.
  • Coordinates and drives the remediation actions according to audit findings or self-identified issues.
  • Coordinates the Risk review process and monitoring its completion and escalates any overdue tasks or risks and concerns.
  • Workload management abilities, plan, organize, coordinate and monitor the work of peers and provide substantive support to team members. As needed, train peer/ new colleagues.
  • Compliance with the rules and established procedures for the implementation of tasks in the team.
