· Highly competetent in InDesign with regular use over a minimum 3 years’ experience.

· Full Creative Cloud knowledge: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and Bridge. Working knowledge of MS Office and GoogleDocs/Slides.
· Experience with Figma and other digital design tools, including AI functionality, and enthusiasm for continual learning as technology evolves.
· Ability to ensure that finished artwork is technically proficient and prepared correctly for dispatch or upload, in line with the brief and reference materials supplied.
· Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount, with much of the work focussed on price and product specification.

· Working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and craft retail catalogues and other advertising across a variety of print and digital channels.
· Manage all work in line with processes in place to enable high volume production across multiple workstreams.
· Attention to detail is absolutely paramount, as is the ability to manage workload to achieve deadlines.
· Liaise with Project and Production Managers when required to ensure that artwork specs align with printer/publisher expectations.
· Communicate and collaborate with Creative/Design teams to produce the best result from their ideas.
· Become familiar with your clients’ brand guidelines and able to flag any work that is not on brand, or has unclear print specs or artwork brief.
