Overview
We are seeking a senior Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing financial solutions within Oracle Cloud. This professional will play a key role in delivering end-to-end finance transformations, with a strong focus on Record to Report (R2R) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on functional expert capable of working independently, leading solution design, and engaging effectively with both business and technical stakeholders in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials modules (GL, FAH, EDMCS, AR)
• Drive enterprise structure transformation, including Chart of Accounts (COA), Ledgers, and Business Units
• Design and implement finance processes across R2R and O2C cycles
• Define solutions for regulatory accounting requirements (e.g., FERC)
• Develop complex allocation models for CAPEX, OPEX, and Revenue
• Configure Oracle Cloud GL and Accounting Hub, including COA mapping and integrations
• Design and oversee integrations with boundary systems using FBDI, Web Services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Prepare functional design documents (RICEFW) and coordinate with technical teams
• Manage full lifecycle delivery: requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
• Develop complex reports using SmartView, BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS
• Support enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders across all project phases
Required Qualifications
• 8–10 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Financials
• Strong expertise in GL, FAH, EDMCS, and AR modules
• Proven experience in R2R and O2C finance processes
• Hands-on experience in implementation, support, and enhancement projects
• Strong knowledge of financial data structures (COA, Ledger, BU)
• Experience with integrations (FBDI, Web Services, Oracle Integration Cloud / PaaS)
• Experience creating functional documentation and managing RICEFW objects
• Ability to lead end-to-end delivery across project phases
• Advanced English (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the Healthcare industry
• Knowledge of regulatory accounting frameworks (e.g., FERC)
• Experience working in high-volume and complex environments
• Exposure to global or multicultural project environments
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
