Sales and Operations Support

• Support sales initiatives by coordinating operational reporting processes and ensuring alignment between sales targets and operational capabilities.
• Manage and collect influencing/resell fees, client funds, and marketing budgets. Note that these processes vary per Alliance partner and require specific efforts.
• Manage and maintain alliance relationships, facilitating communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
• Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, market dynamics, and alliance effectiveness.
• Maintain and update CRM systems and other operational databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in sales and operational workflows.
• Support the onboarding and management of new market initiatives and alliance partnerships.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of sales and operations strategies aligned with market opportunities.

We're looking for a Sales and Operations Support Alliances and Markets professional to join our team in Amstelveen, Netherlands.

The Alliance Operations Support performs operational, administrative, and coordination activities for Advisory and Markets & Alliance Sales Operations. By "Alliances," we mean our Tech Alliance partners like SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and Databricks, with whom we collaborate to drive transformation consulting services in Advisory.

Depending on how the overall New Business Meeting (NBM) process is reconfigured, this role may also involve supporting "leads and qualification management" through NBMs. However, this is currently out of scope.

In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between our sales, operations, and alliance teams, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of market strategies. You will support the development and management of strategic alliances while optimizing operational processes to drive business growth and market expansion.

• 1-2 years of experience in business operations support and/or PMO work
• Ability to coordinate between multiple departments and external stakeholders
• Strong proficiency with Excel, and developing skills in Power BI and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights
• Basic project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with operational workflows
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data analytics tools and business intelligence platforms
• Fluent Dutch would be an advantage 

• Gross salary between €2.575 and €3.965 per month depending on your work experience, variable performance based reward and a fixed working from home allowance per working day.
